Product composition and use
Unsaturated polyester resin, modified resin, pigments, fillers, anti-settlement materials, special additives and special BPO curing agent are made at 100:2, in the body repair vehicle and mechanical repair engineering, it is used to fill the defects and dents on the material surface, and improve the fullness and brightness of the top paint.

Scope of construction
Suitable for a variety of metals (such as bare iron, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized plate, etc.), FRP, old paint film, wood, and a variety of two-component primer surface.
Construction Reference:
1. Mix main ash and curing agent at 100:1-3 (uniform color) and use up in gel time.
2. The adjusted alloy ash shall be scraped on the polished and completely cured two-component primer or the treated sheet metal surface. The sheet metal surface must be completely removed from oil, rust and water vapor. If thick coating is needed, it is best to divide the thin scraping to the thickness required for many times. If there are air bubbles infiltrating, it must be thoroughly leveled with a scraper to ensure good adhesion.
Notes:
1. Once the ash body is mixed with the curing agent, it can not be put into the tank, and covered immediately after use to avoid the deterioration of the main ash caused by solvent volatilization. It is strictly prohibited to mix "heavenly water" and other solvents to adjust dilute alloy ash for construction.
2. The consistency of the main ash and the gel time can be adjusted according to the customer requirements.
3. This product may not be used for corrosive coating, synthetic resin or nitrocellulose primer, single component acrylic primer surface on the metal surface, and it is not recommended to directly spray topcoat on the coating surface of this product.
4. From the date of production, the effective storage period is 12 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place without direct sunlight.(After the shelf life according to the standard inspection confirmation, if qualified can continue to use)
5. This product is only used by professionals, with good ventilation and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, placed in a place out of children.
